Select the Ellipse Tool from the shapes menu.

Select your logo layer in the timeline, and press Command/Control + Shift + C.

Press S to open the scale settings, and resize the image to your preference.

In the Project Browser, find your logo file and drag it to the timeline.

Navigate to your logo file, select it and click import.

Press Command/Control + I to bring up the import menu.
